Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh..

ok, cool dude...<<<pergghhh

anyway, even though the tittle in Malay, but the contain will be mixed up with bi and sort of...

First of all, I warn you, this tittle for those who had external heart diseases(oh yeah??).. by the way, if your heart got injured by someone, just be relax. instead of hurting yourself by cutting your arms, legs, hair, nails<<arrgggh??, probably this tips will help you..

and also, a ball and a field..like these.....

ok..now, we can proceed with the tips...

if you are really like to hurt yourself like what i had stated above, better you play some futsal or football..

hehehe.. the key point here is do some sports... yup, maybe not all of you like to play football right? but, if you have unstable emotion, feel stress, upset, why not you do some sports and, when you are tired by that time, you will only think that you are tired instead of you were hurt by other people...

believe me because I already try it.. if our body tired, automatically you just think to have a rest... at the same time, actually your body also become tougher than before...yeah... you have healthy body...

LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, 
do remember to ask ALLAH's guide.. we just put an effort to get something, but by HIS will, we will exactly got what we want, including peaceful in our mind, heart and soul..
